Before you start.

Use the below checklist to make sure you have everything you’ll need to move forward with submitting your claim:

  • Claims will not be processed until a copy of the final repair order with a full breakdown of the charges is received. You may attach this during the claim submission process or by responding to your claim confirmation email with the required attachment. Please note that we require a finalized repair order to approve your request. We are unable to review or approve prior authorizations or estimates.
  • Vehicle Information, including Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Detailed costs and description of the service provided

*Please Note: We reserve the right to ask additional questions before your claim is fully processed, and the processing of your claim is contingent upon the receipt of all required documentation and supporting information. Also, the amount of your reimbursement is contingent upon the terms of your service contract, your remaining coverage (if any) and the receipt of all required documentation and supporting information.
