Coverage can be verified in Oasis. Please note: We reserve the right to ask additional questions before your claim is fully processed, and the processing of your claim is contingent upon the receipt of all required documentation and supporting information. Also, the amount of your reimbursement is contingent upon the terms of your service contract, and the receipt all required documentation.

First, make sure you have vehicle information, including the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), a copy of the final repair order with a full breakdown of charges and the detailed cost and description of the services provided. Then, use the online tool to submit your claim.
Use the online Claims Status tool to check the status of your claim with your zip code and one of the following items:
  • Your Claim ID number
  • Your Phone Number (provided by you at the time of submission)
  • The Last 8 digits of the VIN
If you request to be paid via a Virtual Credit Card (VCC), you will receive a separate email with a single-use credit card number.
Once we’ve received all of the required documentation and information requested, your claim will be reviewed, processed and a payment will be issued within 15 business days, and will arrive to you via US Mail timeframes.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m EST. If you have questions after hours, you can contact our Customer Support team through the online form on this page and someone will get back to you within the noted hours of operation.

HOW TO CONTACT FORD ROADSIDE 
NEW! We heard your feedback and established a new Dealer Roadside Assistance Center (DRAC): 1-866-231-1173 with dedicated service for our dealers. The line is available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday to enable dealers to:   
  • Request roadside service on behalf of a customer
  • Request reimbursement information; submit claims for reimbursement 
  • Request coverage information by VIN
  • Submit claims for Roadside related damage
